Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Please read before booking with us:
Cancellation or rescheduling your appointments, please advise us at least 24 hours before your original appointment. As soon as you make a reservation your appointment will be made in the system, a team will be assigned for the specific time and date, so it is high appreciated if for any reason you need to reschedule with us, give us as much time possible to make the changes and arraignments possible. If for some reason, there is no answer when we arrive at a home, there will be a $100 cancellation fee.
Payments
Payment will be due at the end of each cleaning service.
Work completion
Once the cleaning is finished, it is recommended that the client do a walk through to make sure that the job is satisfactory, after which the job is considered done. If for some reason there is no one home, one of our team members will notify the clients via call, message or email, after which the job will be considered done.
Estimates
Our calculator on the website will give an estimate. The final price will be calculated with taxes and a team member will contact the client to confirm the appointment and give an exact cost of the service.
Right to Refuse to Provide Service
We have the right to accept or denied a service based on the appearance of the place, our team members will not take on any service that may have rodent dropping, mice dropping, rotten food, mold, bed bugs, cockroaches. Or if the place may take longer than the estimate time. Any type of abuse towards our team members will not be tolerated such as, verbal or physical abuse.
Employees
For us our employees are very important, we take their safety and wellbeing very seriously so, if you would like us to clean behind the appliances, such as refrigerator, stove or any sofa we kindly ask to have it moved before the arrival of our team to clean those particular areas.
Illness or COVID symptoms
We kindly ask if you or anyone in your household is sick or have any COVID like symptoms please let us know to reschedule at a later date when everybody is feeling well. Our team is fully vaccinated.
Privacy policy
We respect and take very seriously the privacy of all of our clients; we keep the personal information of all our clients very confidential. If failure to do so the staff will be dismissed immediately.
